Garden Club
Developed from the Brockton Branch of the Massachusetts Civic Federation, the Brockton Garden Club was founded in November of 1929 with 74 Charter Members.
Garden Club Plant Sale, May 19, 2018
The Garden Club kicked off its spring fundraiser plant sale with contributions of perennials and annuals from garden club members, from local gardeners and nurseries. After gathering early and working through the morning, plant sale volunteers shared lunch organized by hospitality committee chair Lisa Landerholm at the Park Dept. offices. It was a chilly day, but the rain held off, and hopes for a beautiful spring kept spirits high. (Photos by Janet Trask)
